Bullard FC would like to take
this opportunity to introduce our club and describe the
different divisions of play. We are a club within the Fig
Garden Youth Soccer League and a soccer program that is
similar but separate from the elementary school clubs. This
pamphlet contains information that will be helpful to parents
of soccer players who want additional information about
Bullard FC. The Bullard FC is for players who want to
play recreational soccer after they have completed sixth grade
or for younger and older players who want an opportunity to
play "competitive" soccer. Children as young as nine and
up to eighteen may tryout for Division I and III teams within
the Bullard Soccer FC. It is a goal of both Bullard FC
and the Fig Garden Youth Soccer League that players of all
ages and skill levels have a place to play soccer. This
information is an explanation of what the Bullard FC has
to offer your child. Here are the basic facts about
participation in our highly regarded
organization: |

DIVISION
I
If your
child wants to participate at the highest level of play
Bullard Soccer Association has to offer, the is Division I
"Travel or Club" soccer program This level of participation is
available starting at the U11 age group and continuing
to U19. These teams play in the Harold S. Young playing
league. This is a higher level of play with additional
expectations for financial and time commitments. Your child
will play weekly league games in the District VII area,
typically from the second weekend in September through the
third weekend in November and participate in five or more
weekend tournaments in and out of town. Expenses include
registration, team uniform, two training tees, tournament
fees, out- of- town travel expenses and possibly coaching
fees. Participation in fundraising for the team's tournament
entry fees and other team expenses is a typical expectation.
These teams are formed by June 15. If your child wants to play
they need to participate in the scheduled tryouts. For tryout
locations and dates visit our website www.bullardsoccer.org
Children born on or before July 31, of the
current playing season are eligible to tryout for their age
appropriate Division I team. Division I teams are formed with
a one- year age range; U11, U12, U13, etc.

one of their options is Division III. These teams play in the
Don Hawkins playing league. There are weekly league games in
the District VII area (Visalia to Madera), typically from the
second weekend in September through the third weekend in
November and maybe occasional participation in weekend
tournaments in and out of town. Expenses include registration,
team uniform, two training tees, tournament fees and out- of-
town travel expenses. There will possibly be some
participation in fundraising for the team's expenses. Teams
are formed by July 15 and begin practicing in the summer for
this playing league. If your child wants to play Division III
for Bullard Soccer Association they will need to participate
in scheduled tryouts. For tryout locations and dates visit our

It is for children who want to play soccer for fun and
exercise. There will be weekly league games and possibly an
occasional local tournament as determined by the team.
Expenses include registration , tournament entry fees,
(if the team decides to enter a tournament), uniform, and two
training tees. This is the level of play most like the
school clubs. Recreational teams are formed based on the
number of players who sign- up. Teams are formed by July 15
and begin practicing thereafter. If your child wants to play
Division IV soccer for Bullard Soccer Association a parent and
the child will come to sign- ups with a copy of their official
birth certificate, a small picture and fill out the required
forms. For registration locations and dates visit our
